These artificial teeth can replace one missing tooth or several consecutive teeth (partial dentures). Full dentures may be used to replace an entire jaw of missing teeth. These help patients who are missing teeth maintain their facial structure, and speak and chew properly.
During a root canal procedure, your dentist removes diseased nerves, tissues and blood vessels from inside your tooth. Crowns are porcelain caps your dentist places on top of teeth to help restore their appearance and function. They can cover dental implants, prevent a cracked tooth from worsening, attach bridges or help restore a stained or discoloured tooth.
